RETURN & REFUND POLICY – PEARLS UP

At Pearls Up, we are committed to delivering high-quality pieces you will love.

Quality Assurance

All items go through a careful quality inspection before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Returns (Clothing)

Accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible: item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, with no fragrance (perfume, deodorant, etc.), and all original tags and packaging must be included.

Jewelry Returns

Must be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible: item must be unused and unworn, all original tags must be attached, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Worn, used, or altered items. Items with stains, damage, or scent. Hijab/Scarves accessories.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat return shipping fee of $10 applies to all approved returns.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, approval status is notified. If approved: refunds are issued to the original payment method, with 5–10 business days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders (Canada & Other Countries)

All international orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on international shipments. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Shipping & Damage Claims

If an order arrives damaged, contact within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package before opening, a video recording of the unboxing process, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims without proper documentation may not be accepted. A replacement or refund will be provided where applicable.
