RETURN & REFUND POLICY – PEARLS UP

At Pearls Up, we are committed to delivering high-quality pieces you will love.


Quality Assurance
All items go through a careful quality inspection before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.


Returns (Clothing)
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Item must have no fragrance (perfume, deodorant, etc.)
  • All original tags and packaging must be included

Jewelry Returns
Jewelry items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Must be in its original packaging
  • Must show no signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Worn, used, or altered items
  • Items with stains, damage, or scent
  • Hijab/Scarves 
  • Accessories
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A flat return shipping fee of $10 applies to all approved returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (CANADA & OTHER COUNTRIES)

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.

Please ensure all details (item, size, phone number and shipping address) are correct before placing your order.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping & Damage Claims
All items are securely packaged and inspected before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the package before opening
  • A video recording of the unboxing process
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims without proper documentation may not be accepted.

We will review all evidence and assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier. A replacement or refund will be provided where applicable.
